PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

🔹 Type: 3-Component Clear Polyurethane Coating

🔹 Mixing Ratio: 4:1 (800ml Part A : 200ml Part B) + 400g Traction Polymer

🔹Finish: Transparent Clear with Micro-Grip Texture

USER MANUAL

1️⃣ Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly (4:1 ratio).

2️⃣ Add 300g traction polymer and stir well until uniform.

3️⃣ Stir again before and during application to maintain consistent texture.

SURFACE PREPARATION

✔ Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from oil or dust.

✔ Can be applied over epoxy, concrete, or mosaic floors.

✔ Use our provided tools to prepare and clean the floor properly before coating.

✔ Apply with roller or brush in a well-ventilated area.

🧩 Pro Tip Instruction:

“When rolling, don’t aim for shiny and wet. Roll thin and let it look a bit matte — that’s the texture forming. The smoother it looks when wet, the slipperier it’ll be when dry.”

Once mixed, roll it thin and evenly, and avoid making the surface too smooth.

Do not use a wet roller or apply too thick — if the coating looks too glossy or wet, the anti-slip powder will sink into the layer instead of staying on the surface.

When rolling, make sure you can hear that light sticky ‘dry roller’ sound — that’s how you know the coating is gripping well and the anti-slip texture will turn out right.

Use light, quick strokes to keep the surface slightly rough so the anti-slip effect stays on top.

Also, stir the coating every time before you dip the roller, because the traction polymer tends to settle at the bottom — keeping it well mixed ensures even anti-slip performance throughout.
