Advanced 2K Epoxy Filler with Anti-Sag, Low-Shrinkage Properties

GapStop Epoxy Filler is a two-component epoxy-based filler specially formulated with silica for superior strength and adhesion. Designed for filling tile grout lines, hairline cracks, and minor gaps, it creates a reliable base layer before epoxy or flake coatings.

📋 Application Guide

Surface Preparation

Ensure substrate is dry, clean, and free of grease/dust.

Check moisture – do not apply on damp floors.

Mixing

Add Part B (hardener) into Part A (resin).

Mix thoroughly until uniform paste.

Application

Apply directly into tile lines or cracks using putty knife/trowel.

Smooth flush with tile surface.

⏱ Drying & Curing

Touch-dry / Sandable: ~6 hours @ 25 °C, 50–60% RH

Recoatable / Topcoat Application: After 6–12 hours, ensure surface is dry, firm, and sanded flush

Full Cure: 12–24 hours (dependent on film thickness, temperature, and humidity)

Environmental Factors: Lower temperature or higher humidity may extend cure time; higher temperature may accelerate cure

⚠️ Avoid water contact or moisture exposure during curing.

Finishing

Once cured, sand flush if required.

Vacuum dust before applying epoxy primer or topcoat.
