STEP 1 — Quick Dry Tile Line Filler

⚠️ Important

⚠️ For a seamless finish:
After the first layer of filler has dried and been sanded, do a second touch-up/filling wherever necessary.

👉 Use your hand to feel the surface and make sure the filled tile joints are smooth and completely flush with the surrounding floor before starting the epoxy primer process.

This step is important if you want to minimise visible tile lines and achieve a smoother, more seamless finish.

⚠️ 如果想要达到无缝效果：
第一层填缝剂干透并打磨后，需要检查并进行第二次补填，特别是有凹陷或不平整的地方。

👉 可以用手触摸检查，确保填好的瓷砖缝隙光滑，并且与周围地面保持完全平整，确认没有凹下去之后，才开始进行底漆施工。

这一步非常重要，如果希望最终效果能够尽量看不到明显的瓷砖缝线，就不要省略。

STEP 2 — Epoxy Flake Coating System

⚠️ Important

⚠️ 1. SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be solid, clean, dry and properly prepared before starting the epoxy system.

⚠️ 2. PRIMER COVERAGE
Make sure the primer completely covers the original floor colour before broadcasting the flakes. Do not leave exposed areas.

⚠️ 3. PRIMER MIXING — VERY IMPORTANT
Best practice: pour all Hardener into the larger Part A tin, mix thoroughly and use the full mixture.

If mixing in batches:

⚖️ BY WEIGHT — 5:1
1000g Part A + 200g Hardener

📏 BY VOLUME — 4:1
800ml Part A + 200ml Hardener

🚨 KG and LITRE are NOT the same.
Do not use the 5:1 ratio when measuring in ml/litre.

⚠️ 4. PRIMER WORKING TIME
Complete the primer application within 2 hours after mixing.

⚠️ 5. AFTER BROADCASTING FLAKES
Once all flakes have been broadcast, leave them undisturbed to dry. Do NOT sweep them immediately.

Wait at least 6 hours before cleaning and sweeping away excess flakes, allowing the primer to cure properly.

⚠️ 6. LEFTOVER 2K POLYURETHANE TOP COAT

If you have finished applying the 2K Polyurethane Protective Top Coat over the entire surface and still have some mixed coating left:

Do not waste it. Cover the container and wait approximately 2 hours.

Then, go back to the project area and apply the remaining coating as an additional layer on high-traffic areas, such as the areas where people step most frequently.
