STEP 1 — Quick Dry Tile Line Filler

⚠️ Important

⚠️ For a seamless finish:
After the first layer of filler has dried and been sanded, do a second touch-up/filling wherever necessary.

👉 Use your hand to feel the surface and make sure the filled tile joints are smooth and completely flush with the surrounding floor before starting the epoxy primer process.

This step is important if you want to minimise visible tile lines and achieve a smoother, more seamless finish.

第一层填缝剂干透并打磨后，需要检查并进行第二次补填，特别是有凹陷或不平整的地方。

STEP 2 — Epoxy Flake Coating System

⚠️ Important

⚠️ 1. SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be solid, clean, dry and properly prepared before starting the epoxy system.

⚠️ 2. PRIMER COVERAGE
Make sure the primer completely covers the original floor colour before broadcasting the flakes. Do not leave exposed areas.

⚠️ 3. PRIMER MIXING — VERY IMPORTANT
Best practice: pour all Hardener into the larger Part A tin, mix thoroughly and use the full mixture.

If mixing in batches:

⚖️ BY WEIGHT — 5:1
1000g Part A + 200g Hardener

📏 BY VOLUME — 4:1
800ml Part A + 200ml Hardener

🚨 KG and LITRE are NOT the same.
Do not use the 5:1 ratio when measuring in ml/litres.

⚠️ 4. PRIMER WORKING TIME
Complete the primer application within 2 hours after mixing.

⚠️ 5. AFTER BROADCASTING FLAKES
Once all flakes have been broadcast, leave them undisturbed to dry. Do NOT sweep them immediately.

Wait at least 6 hours before cleaning and sweeping away excess flakes, allowing the primer to cure properly.

⚠️ 6. 2K POLYURETHANE MIXING — VERY IMPORTANT

Best practice: pour all Hardener into the larger Part A tin, mix thoroughly and use the full mixture.

Mixing Ratio — 4:1

For every 4 parts of Part A, add 1 part of Part B (Hardener).

⚖️ BY WEIGHT

800g Part A + 200g Hardener

✅ For this product, the mixing ratio is the same by volume and by weight.

Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly before application. Once mixed, use the coating within 6Hour.Do not store leftover mixed coating overnight or reuse it the next day.

⚠️ 7. LEFTOVER 2K POLYURETHANE TOP COAT

If you have finished applying the 2K Polyurethane Protective Top Coat over the entire surface and still have some mixed coating left:

Do not waste it. Cover the container and wait approximately 2 hours.

Then, go back to the project area and apply the remaining coating as an additional layer on high-traffic areas, such as the areas where people step most frequently.

This gives those areas extra protection and durability.

⚠️ 8. SECOND COAT APPLICATION – 2K POLYURETHANE PROTECTIVE COATING

OPTION 1: Apply within 2 hours (Using Leftover Mixed 2K Polyurethane)

If you have leftover mixed 2K Polyurethane after completing the first coat, you can use it to apply an additional layer on high-traffic areas within the recommended 2-hour recoat window.

Make sure the PU surface is firm enough to walk on without leaving footprints or damaging the coating. It may still feel slightly tacky, which is normal during the recoat window.

No sanding is required. Apply directly onto the first PU layer.
Make sure your feet are clean before entering the coated area.
We recommend wiping your feet with Cleaning Solution before stepping onto the floor.
Avoid bringing dirt, dust or debris onto the surface, as the PU coating may still be tacky and trap contaminants.

OPTION 2: Apply after 12 hours or later (Using a Separate 2K Polyurethane Set)

If you purchased an additional 2K Polyurethane set for your second coat, you can apply it after the first layer has cured for at least 12 hours.

Lightly sand the entire flake-coated surface to improve adhesion between coats and smooth out the surface texture for a more even finish.
Don't worry about the flakes coming off! The first PU layer has already locked the flakes firmly in place.
Thoroughly remove all sanding dust and clean the surface.
Ensure the surface is completely clean and dry before applying the second PU coat.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

Within 2 hours – Apply directly. NO sanding. Keep your feet clean.
After 12 hours or later – Lightly sand and clean the surface before applying the second coat.

Always follow the recommended recoat window and curing instructions for your specific product.

⚠️ 9. Cleaning & Maintenance

For routine cleaning after installation, wash your epoxy flake coating floor using a pH-neutral cleaner.

Important: Avoid strong acidic or alkaline cleaning products to help maintain your epoxy flake coating floor in good condition.

⚠️ 4. 底漆施工时间

彩片全部撒完后，不要马上扫或清理，让它保持不动自然干燥。

至少等待 6小时，待底漆充分固化后，再清理和扫掉多余彩片。

⚠️6. 2K UV 保护面漆混合比例 — 非常重要

最佳做法：将全部 Hardener（固化剂）倒入较大的 Part A 铁罐内，充分搅拌后直接使用整套混合好的保护层漆。

混合比例 — 4:1

每 4 份 Part A，加入 1 份 Part B（固化剂）。

✅ 本产品按体积和重量计算时，使用相同的混合比例。

施工前，请将 Part A 和 Part B 充分搅拌均匀。混合后，请在6小时内使用完毕以达到良好的固化效果。

请勿将已经混合的剩余涂料留存，以供日后使用。

⚠️ 7. 不要浪费剩余保护层

如果整个地面已经完成 2K Polyurethane 保护面漆施工后，还有剩余的混合面漆：

不要浪费掉。 先把容器盖好，等待大约 2小时。

之后，回到已经完成施工的区域，把剩余面漆额外涂在经常踩踏的高使用率区域。

这样可以为这些区域提供额外的保护和耐磨性。

⚠️ 8. 第二层施工 – 2K UV保护涂层（2K PU）

OPTION 1：2小时内施工（使用剩余已混合的2K PU）

如果完成第一层保护涂层后，仍有剩余已混合的2K PU，可以在建议的2小时重涂时间内，将剩余材料用于人流量较高的区域，增加额外的保护层。确保PU涂层表面已经足够稳固，可以在上面行走而不会留下脚印或损坏涂层。此时表面可能仍带有轻微黏性，这是正常的，属于建议重涂时间内的状态。

无需打磨，可直接在第一层PU涂层上施工。
进入施工区域前，请确保双脚干净。
建议先使用我们的 Cleaning Solution 清洁脚底，再进入施工区域。
避免将灰尘、污垢或杂物带入施工区域，因为此时PU涂层可能仍带有黏性，容易将这些杂物黏附在表面，影响最终效果。

OPTION 2：12小时后或更久施工（使用额外购买的2K PU套装）

如果您另外购买了一套2K PU，用于施工第二层保护涂层，可以在第一层固化至少12小时后进行施工。

轻轻打磨整个彩片表面，以增强两层涂层之间的附着力，同时降低彩片表面的颗粒感，让整体表面更加平滑、均匀。
不必担心彩片会被磨掉！因为第一层PU保护涂层已经将彩片牢牢固定在地面上。
打磨后，彻底清除所有粉尘，并清洁整个表面。
确保表面完全干净、干燥后，才可以施工第二层PU保护涂层。

IMPORTANT REMINDER 重要提醒：

2小时内施工 – 无需打磨，直接施工第二层。进入施工区域前，务必保持双脚干净。
12小时后或更久施工 – 必须先轻轻打磨并彻底清洁表面，才能施工第二层。

请务必遵循产品所规定的重涂时间及固化说明。

⚠️ 9. 地面清洁与保养

施工完成后，日常清洁请使用中性清洁剂（pH Neutral Cleaner）清洗地面。

重要提示：请避免使用强酸或强碱清洁剂，以帮助保持涂层地面的良好状态。

Mix both components thoroughly for 3min before application.

⚠️ Important: Polyurethane and Polyaspartic have different mixing and application requirements. Always follow the instructions for the topcoat included in your DIY set.
