⚠️ Important

⚠️ For a seamless finish:
After the first layer of filler has dried and been sanded, do a second touch-up/filling wherever necessary.

👉 Use your hand to feel the surface and make sure the filled tile joints are smooth and completely flush with the surrounding floor before starting the epoxy primer process.

This step is important if you want to minimise visible tile lines and achieve a smoother, more seamless finish.

STEP 2 — Epoxy Flake Coating System

🌧️ 1. Prepare a Waterproof Canvas

Prepare a waterproof canvas or tarpaulin before starting your exterior floor DIY project to protect the working area from unexpected rain during application and curing.

Secure the canvas above the floor without allowing it to touch the freshly applied coating. Check the weather forecast before starting.

准备防水帆布

开始户外地面 DIY 施工前，请准备防水帆布或防水篷布，以应对施工及固化期间可能出现的突发降雨。

请将帆布固定在施工区域上方，并确保不会接触刚施工完成的涂层。施工前务必查看天气预报。

👷 2. Recommended Team for Larger Areas

For larger areas such as car porches, driveways and patios, we recommend having 2–3 people work together for a smoother and more efficient application process.

大面积施工建议多人配合

对于大型车房、车道或户外露台，建议安排 2–3 人配合施工，让施工过程更加顺畅、高效。

☀️ 3. Check Weather and Surface Conditions

Ensure the floor is completely dry before application. Avoid starting if rain is expected during application or the required curing period.

🧰 4. Prepare All Tools and Materials

Prepare all tools, rollers, mixing equipment and materials before mixing the products. Once Part A and Part B are mixed, the coating has limited working time.

提前准备所有工具及材料

混合涂料前，请准备好所有工具、滚筒、搅拌工具及施工材料。Part A 与 Part B 混合后，涂料会有规定的可施工时间。

💧 5. Check Floor Slope and Drainage

Ensure drains are clear and the existing floor slope allows water to drain properly. The coating will not automatically correct existing drainage problems.

确保排水口畅通，现有地面坡度能够正常排水。涂层本身无法自动解决原有的排水问题。

🚧 6. Plan Your Working Area

Plan your application route before starting. For larger areas, divide the floor into manageable sections and coordinate your team to minimise uneven coverage and visible joining lines.

施工前请规划好施工路线。大面积地面可划分为适当的施工区域，并协调好每个人的工作，以减少涂层不均匀或出现明显接缝的问题。

⏳ 7. Allow Sufficient Curing Time

Protect the newly coated floor from rain, water, dust and traffic until the coating has cured sufficiently（6-8Hours)

预留足够的固化时间

施工完成后，请保护地面，避免淋雨、沾水、灰尘污染及人员过早进入，直到涂层达到表面固化的状态（6-8小时）

⚠️ Important

⚠️ 1. SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be solid, clean, dry and properly prepared before starting the epoxy system.

⚠️ 2. PRIMER COVERAGE
Make sure the primer completely covers the original floor colour before broadcasting the flakes. Do not leave exposed areas.

⚠️ 3. PRIMER MIXING — VERY IMPORTANT
Best practice: pour all Hardener into the larger Part A tin, mix thoroughly and use the full mixture.

If mixing in batches:

⚖️ BY WEIGHT — 5:1
1000g Part A + 200g Hardener

📏 BY VOLUME — 4:1
800ml Part A + 200ml Hardener

🚨 KG and LITRE are NOT the same.
Do not use the 5:1 ratio when measuring in ml/litres.

⚠️ 4. PRIMER WORKING TIME
Complete the primer application within 2 hours after mixing.

⚠️ 5. AFTER BROADCASTING FLAKES
Once all flakes have been broadcast, leave them undisturbed to dry. Do NOT sweep them immediately.

Wait at least 6 hours before cleaning and sweeping away excess flakes, allowing the primer to cure properly.

⚠️ 6. 2K POLYURETHANE MIXING — VERY IMPORTANT

Best practice: pour all Hardener into the larger Part A tin, mix thoroughly and use the full mixture.

Mixing Ratio — 4:1

For every 4 parts of Part A, add 1 part of Part B (Hardener).

⚖️ BY WEIGHT

800g Part A + 200g Hardener

✅ For this product, the mixing ratio is the same by volume and by weight.

Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly before application. Once mixed, use the coating within 6Hour.Do not store leftover mixed coating overnight or reuse it the next day.

⚠️ 7. LEFTOVER 2K POLYURETHANE TOP COAT

If you have finished applying the 2K Polyurethane Protective Top Coat over the entire surface and still have some mixed coating left:

Do not waste it. Cover the container and wait approximately 2 hours.

Then, go back to the project area and apply the remaining coating as an additional layer on high-traffic areas, such as the areas where people step most frequently.

This gives those areas extra protection and durability.

⚠️8. IMPORTANT – CAR PORCH CURING TIME

For car porch applications, allow the coating to cure for at least 3 days (72 hours) before driving or parking your vehicle on the surface. Avoid heavy loads or vehicle traffic during this period.

⚠️ 9. Cleaning & Maintenance

For routine cleaning after installation, wash your epoxy flake coating floor using a pH-neutral cleaner.

Important: Avoid strong acidic（Concrete Cleaner) or alkaline (bleach) cleaning products to help maintain your epoxy flake coating floor in good condition.

⚠️ 4. 底漆施工时间

彩片全部撒完后，不要马上扫或清理，让它保持不动自然干燥。

至少等待 6小时，待底漆充分固化后，再清理和扫掉多余彩片。

最佳做法：将全部 Hardener（固化剂）倒入较大的 Part A 铁罐内，充分搅拌后直接使用整套混合好的保护层漆。

混合比例 — 4:1

每 4 份 Part A，加入 1 份 Part B（固化剂）。

✅ 本产品按体积和重量计算时，使用相同的混合比例。

施工前，请将 Part A 和 Part B 充分搅拌均匀。混合后，请在6小时内使用完毕以达到良好的固化效果。

请勿将已经混合的剩余涂料留存，以供日后使用。

⚠️ 7. 不要浪费剩余保护层

如果整个地面已经完成 2K Polyurethane 保护面漆施工后，还有剩余的混合面漆：

不要浪费掉。 先把容器盖好，等待大约 2小时。

之后，回到已经完成施工的区域，把剩余面漆额外涂在经常踩踏的高使用率区域。

这样可以为这些区域提供额外的保护和耐磨性。

⚠️ 8. 重要提示 – 车房地面固化时间

用于车房地面时，请至少等待 3 天（72 小时），才可将汽车驶入或停放在涂层表面。在此期间，请避免重物压放或车辆通行。

⚠️ 9. 地面清洁与保养

施工完成后，日常清洁请使用中性清洁剂（pH Neutral Cleaner）清洗地面。

重要提示：请避免使用强酸（Concrete Cleaner瓷砖清洁水）或强碱(漂白水Bleach)清洁剂，以保持涂层地面的良好状态。

Mix both components thoroughly for 3min before application.
